I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine, with a research focus on infectious diseases. My current work centers on understanding dengue transmission dynamics using mathematical modelling techniques and clinical data from Christian Medical College, Vellore. In collaboration with researchers from Imperial College London, I hope to analyze trends in infection risk and identify transmission hotspots in Vellore and neighboring districts. I hope this work will inform more effective surveillance and control strategies and contribute to a deeper understanding of dengue transmission dynamics.
