Dr. Sangeetha Yoganathan is a faculty member in the Department of Neurological Sciences at Christian Medical College, Vellore. She completed her training in Paediatric Neurology from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, and joined the faculty at CMC Vellore in 2013.
Her clinical and research expertise is centred on rare and complex paediatric neurological conditions, including neurometabolic disorders, mitochondrial diseases, leukodystrophies, epilepsy, and autoimmune encephalitis. She has contributed significantly to the characterisation of rare neurogenetic disorders in the Indian subcontinent, with publications in leading national and international neurology journals.
Dr. Sangeetha Yoganathan is an active contributor to the global paediatric neurology community, participating in international case studies and collaborative research on rare childhood neurological conditions. Her work reflects a strong commitment to advancing the diagnosis and management of complex paediatric neurological diseases in South Asia.
